Sorry about the inconvenience. If you're wondering why Spoogeworld has been offline recently, we've had some issues that are pretty easy to explain, and aren't in any way my fault.

Saturday we lost power here for a long time. When I say long, I mean over an hour. And I don't have a UPS that can handle that much downtime. Guess what? When a webserver loses power unexpectedly, it isn't happy. So, I spent the rest of Saturday trying to get Spoogeworld back online. Anyone who's ever heard the term "emergency partition" knows what I went through.

So, I made it though Sunday without calamity, and then Monday BellSouth decides to cut through a bunch of cables at my ISP. Great. So, my server languished in limbo while BellSouth tried to reverse rectal-cranial inversion.

So, let's hope that no more nit-wits try to ruin my fun.
