And I can't find a job? This is a direct quote from an email that I received today. I PROMISE not to name the company involved. Here is the actual text sent in the email:

Here is the RMA from that I will need you to filled out and
faxed it over to us so we can issue you an RMA number before you sent
the card in for replacement.

I am searching for work, while idiots like this are being paid not to service you. Oh yeah, those knuckleheads also refused my RMA request after making me spend 45 minutes on the phone describing the problem, and my troubleshooting steps. The reason why they denied my request? I couldn't produce a receipt within the last 2 years for this component. Do you keep every receipt for every little thing that you buy over a 2-year span? Well, I guess I need to shop for another card, and I PROMISE that I won't buy that that vendor. Why? They make good components, but not that good. First of all, it failed me. Then they send me an email written by someone who clearly doesn't speak English as their primary language. Thirdly, they could've asked me if I had my receipt BEFORE interrogating me for 45 minutes. Instead, they got me frustrated that I took my time to talk to them (and thank them for calling me back so quickly - I do give them credit for that). I buy more computer equipment than most people. So, they may have saved themselves a few dollars by denying my request, but they cost themselves future sales. The only way to punish stupid companies is to vote with your wallet. I PROMISE to remember how they treated me.

See what else I have to say Previous day's rant
