Well, there's not much in the news. They are waiting for The World's Smartest Felon to announce that she's running for President to pull bin Laden out of his hole. Dean continues to give us comic relief every time he opens up his mouth. Cindy Jiyad McKinney is in Germany (so Georgia is safe for a few more days). The only real news today was that the same knuckleheads who ruled that the Pledge of Allegiance was unconstitutional decided to try to stall the recall election for Gray Davis. Of course, by tomorrow there will be an appeal to the Supreme Court, who will tell the dipshit judges of the 9th Court to get bent. When you have a reputation as the "Most Overturned Court", you'd think you'd catch on and pull your cranium from its dark resting place and realize that people are on to you. However, these clowns still think that they are newsworthy.

Here's how easy it will be to overturn their ruling. They said that they believe the ACLU (which I amazingly heard today described as "non-partisan - yeah, right!) when they claim that the current ballots will disenfranchise voters - the SAME ballots that were used to elect Gray Davis in November. Why didn't the ACLU raise a fuss then? Oh yeah, and as far as their claim that the old ballots will have a higher error rate than the new computers, historically, new voting systems tend to have higher error rates than the system that they replace. See? I'm not even a lawyer, (but I can spell it!) and I have already shot down the ACLU's weak lawsuit. And if you want to claim non-partisanship, maybe you shouldn't have 3 judges appointed by Carter and Clinton. Carter is famous for kissing the asses of every dictator on the planet, and Clinton probably fondled their wives. We're going to see the leader of the world's 7th largest economy be determined by men who were appointed by a farmer and a rapist. Great. What's next? Let's just elect Charles Manson as governor, and be done with it.

One disturbing thing (other than hearing Hillary Clinton talk about anything) that's been weighing on my soul is the recent trend by "liberal" judges in quoting foreign law when making decisions on legal issues in this Country. Our laws are based on our Constitution, not EU policy. If we're to judge a law on it's Constitutionality, it doesn't matter what they do in France. As a matter of fact, NOTHING in France matters. If you're a judge, look at our own laws. We have them for a reason. Every time I hear a judge quote foreign law, I get a chill. You should too.

To the RIAA: KISS MY ASS. I heard that the webcasters have filed a lawsuit against you. I hope they kick your balls so far inside that it takes a team of horses to pull them back out. I am not a music downloader, but I still think your group of lobbyists suck fuzzy skin-crack. I hate everything you stand for, most of which is whining about making billions on the backs of (mainly) poor, struggling musicians that are all but indentured to you. You are everything that's wrong with this Country in one. You're the reason groups like the Greens get new recruits to march against Capitalism. You're what happens when just becoming super-rich isn't enough. When is enough? I stopped buying new CDs when you priced them at $17 for a $.02 piece of plastic. I know that the artist gets a "whopping" $.06 per song, thanks to your contractual bru-ha-ha that you beat over the musicians' heads. Your greed is what's killing the industry. I only hope that some of you wake up before musical art is dead. I wonder how many good musicians go without a contract so that you can spend $20,000,000.00 promoting the latest excuse for music from Michael Jackson? How much advertising did you spend for the 400 people who bought Mick Jagger's latest drivel? When you try to come off as "altruistic" for robbing the artists, you just make yourselves even more contemptable.

ELF gets busted. I hear they arrested some 25-year-old ass-dart for destroying 20 Hummers. I hope they stick him with serious jail time, and I also hope he's made to pay back every single dollar of damages, and the cost of his prosecution. I'm in favor of interrogating him with chemicals to get the names and involvement of the ELF leaders, so that we can get them all off the streets. They don't change anything, they only make everything cost more. What a bunch of ass-clowns.

See what else I have to say Previous day's rant
