Only in America. There is a lawsuit by illegal workers against Wal-Mart, claiming that they were paid less than other workers, denied insurance and workers' compensation benefits, and that Wal-Mart did this intentionally.

Now, let's take a closer look. These workers are ILLEGAL workers - meaning that they are here illegally. They took jobs in direct violation of the Federal Government's requirements, falsified papers (or failed to produce valid papers), and stayed in this country illegally. And now they want to sue to get money for benefitting from breaking the law. That's like me taking a job "under the table" to avoid paying taxes, then suing them later when I want Social Security benefits or insurance. You can't sue people to benefit from illegal activities. That's just not right. I say we round up the plaintiffs and throw their asses on the next plane to Mexico. At about 30,000 feet we should drop them off. This is bullshit. How on earth do these clowns think that they can break the law, and then sue to benefit from it? It's like a murderer suing the cops for shooting him after he escapes prison. They don't have "clean hands" in the eyes of the law, since they've admitted working illegally. They aren't citizens, and are here illegally. Why should we do anything other than throw their asses out of the country? Sure, Wal-Mart should face large fines for violating the law, and that money should go to better border enforcement. But these ass-clowns don't deserve to benefit from breaking the law. They should be in prison and/or deported.
